Rock drilling tools: Bit shank type of DHD series DTH Bits are designed to fit DTH hammers, which is the most popular design for blasting bore holes, water well drilling. In conjunction with DTH hammers, DTH hammer bits with DHD shank type are designed with a splined drive for rotating the bit in the ground. Rock drill bits in DHD shank are available in different sizes and different styles so they can drill a wide range of hole sizes.

Features of Convex Face
• This face is designed to offer a high penetration rate in soft rock like shale, limestone etc
• It is recognized for having excellent capability for drilling into moderately consolidated rock conditions

Parabolic/Semi-Ballistic Button
It is usually used as gauge buttons and front buttons of DTH Bits, suitable for medium abrasive and hard formations.
